You know how in the first season of Batwoman there was a version of Beth from the old multiverse that got sucked into the new one and Kate had to choose between her and Alice or risk losing them both? Is that what's gonna happen with Red Death & Batwoman or is that gonna be forgotten?

No. That was only about doppelgangers, not alternate timeline versions. Red Death is from an alternate timeline, not a different Earth.

Timelines are when someone time travels and changes something. Alternate Earths are completely separate universes.

First off last season was also last year so forgive me if I don't remember. Secondly Reverse Flash reappeared last season by killing his 2021 counterpart that was good. It's not the same thing as a version of you from another universe appearing in your universe like Beth & Red Death did.

Timeline and universe are completely different things. Did Barry create an alternate Earth when he saved his mother? No, he created an alternate timeline.
