For the flash I’m thinking Red Death or Chronarch. Abra Kadabra said that Chronarch is one of Barry’s biggest foes he faces. I know little about him but the guess is based off of what Abra said.

Why the heck would he fall off a train?! Of all thing he will die in battle or he will sacrifice himself. I don’t think he’ll die yet. There is no evidence that he would die on a train so I don’t know why he would.
