Emily Kinney

Emily Kinney (born August 15, 1985) is an American actress and singer/songwriter. She portrayed Brie Larvan/Bug-Eyed Bandit in the first season of The Flash, episode "All Star Team Up". She reprised the role in the fourth season of Arrow, episode "Beacon of Hope".
