Adam Fells was a meta-human from Earth-2 who became the villain known as Geomancer.

Adam Fells for a time was known as the villain Geomancer, but eventually died due to unknown causes.^[1]

Geokinesis: According to the man initially known to Team Flash as Jay Garrick, Adam Fells from Earth-2 had the same exact abilities as his Earth-1 counterpart, which was to be able to cause tremors with contact from the ground.^[1]

In the DC comics, Adam Fells is Geomancer, acting primarily as an enemy of the Justice Society of America, which includes Jay Garrick.
