Adele, along with the rest of Earth-1, was killed in an antimatter wave during the Anti-Monitor Crisis. She was, however, resurrected on Earth-Prime when the Spectre and the Seven Paragons restored the multiverse and in the process, created a new universe, Earth-Prime.
