Advanced Variant Automation, or AVA Corporation, is a technology company based in Vancouver in the year 2213. Seemingly specializing in the production of clones, the company is known for creating Ava, the perfect woman, who was designed to keep the public safe and restore order.

The company has manufactured at least three versions of the Ava: for militaristic, peacekeeping and domestic purposes. At one point, one of the Ava clones was displaced and recruited by Rip Hunter to join the Time Bureau.[1] Rip used 11 other clones, replacing Ava each time she died and was up to the 12th by the time that Ava became acquainted with the Legends.[2]
