At some point, Alexander Ham Bell, who went by a different name at the time, became a class pet at Carmichael Elementary.
Sometime from September 1997 to March 1998, while they were the third grade class pet of Barry Allen and Iris West, they were renamed Alexander Ham Bell by Barry, who was 8 at the time.[1]
