"All About Eve" is the seventeenth episode of the fourth season of Supergirl, and the eighty-second episode overall. It aired on March 31, 2019.
Synopsis
Supergirl must deal with the destructive aftermath of Lex’s nefarious plans. Shocked at what Lex has created, Supergirl faces her biggest challenge yet.[1]
Trivia
- The title references the 1950 film of the same name.
- This episode aired on the 60th anniversary of Supergirl's creation, and the 80th anniversary of Batman's creation.
- Kara said that Eve visited her Aunt every Sunday, a breaking the fourth wall in-joke, as the show regularly airs Sunday night.
- Lex is mentioned to be a guest in the episode's synopsis. However, he only appears in the episode in photos from the news.
- The Alien Amnesty Act is officially repealed.
- Although the episode is named after her, Eve is rarely seen in this episode.
- Kara calls Eve a "Crazy Lex Girlfriend", which could be a nod to the fellow CW series Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.
