Alvin Pierce owned this house up until his death at the hands of Tobias Whale, where he was asphyxiated by his own newspaper clippings. His son, Jefferson, secretly watched from under the bed.[1] Jefferson later inherited the house, with plans to use it as generational wealth by passing it on to his daughters.[2]

Learning that Marcel Payton and his family were living in his car, Jefferson allowed them to stay here until Marcel could afford his own residence.[3]

Tobias Whale, in a bid to ruin the Pierce family, Jefferson in particular, sought to buy the house, destroy it, and build a hospital on the property. Tobias approaches Marcel and gives him a new residence, then Tobias proceeds to use eminent domain laws to try to procure the house. Meanwhile, Jefferson uses the house to give JJ a lesson on generational wealth as he tries to keep the house.[2]

Tobias was later able to find a way to acquire the house, where Jefferson was given a notice. Following this, he called Tobias and arranged for a confrontation at the house, where he gave Tobias the paperwork to sign the deed. However, when his back was turned, Jefferson attempted to use the promethium device given to him by Peter Gambi to wipe his mind of their secret identities, though Tobias was able to react in time to stop him and destroy the device. Enraged by this, Tobias and Jefferson fought in the living room, where they reflected upon Alvin's death. Severely wounding Jefferson, Tobias then wished to re-enact his murder of Alvin by stuffing the same paperwork down his throat. He later called Jennifer Pierce using Jefferson's phone and stated that he had killed him.[1]
