Synopsis
Oliver, under the guise of Arrow, teams up with Laurel when the former finds that an innocent man Peter Declan, has been framed by one of the people on Oliver's list, and the two try to prove the man's innocence. Meanwhile Walter asks one of his employees, Felicity Smoak, to look in to a $2.6 million withdrawal made by Moira without his knowledge.[3]
