Arrow: Season 2.5 is a comic book series set between the second and third seasons of Arrow. The series consists of two arcs spread across a number of chapters, spanning a continuous story. It launched digitally on September 1, 2014, and continued releasing every fortnight until July 20, 2015. The series ran for 24 digital chapters, and 12 printed collections.

The series is written by Marc Guggenheim and Keto Shimizu. Characters were introduced in the comics, particularly near the latter half, before appearing in the third season, and also includes typical banter between Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak as well as the fate of Quentin Lance after the second season finale, "Unthinkable".

Synopsis

An all-new digital first series begins! Bridging the gap between seasons 2 and 3 of the hit TV series Arrow, Season 2.5 follows Oliver Queen's story as he battles the Church of Blood, with the fate of Starling City hanging in the balance. Featuring an all-star cast of Oliver's greatest allies and enemies including The Huntress, The Canary and Deathstroke!

Trivia

• Since Ben Turner/Bronze Tiger was revealed to still be alive in Season 7, certain events in the Season 2.5 storyline chronicling his death during the Suicide Squad mission in Kahndaq have been retconned.
