Geoffrey de Cantonna began as a knight, operating in 1190. He was then discovered by the Order of St. Dumas' splinter organization, The Order of The Pure.
Legacy
Geoffrey de Cantonna's activities were later discovered by the Batman, who had learned that the Suit of Sorrows originally belonged to him. His suit was then kept in the Batcave as a trophy.
