Barry Allen Replicated Intelligence, or simply B.A.R.I., is an artificial intelligence designed by Cisco Ramon to let him be team leader of Team Flash once Barry Allen is gone.
History[]
To prepare himself to lead Team Flash after the death of Barry Allen in the upcoming Crisis, Cisco Ramon created an algorithm based on Barry's past leadership choices and personal information, effectively a limited copy of him.
When Barry and Iris West-Allen prepared to go on vacation, Cisco introduced the B.A.R.I. to them. When Iris and Barry decided to test it, the B.A.R.I. revealed Barry loved bananas for breakfast and his favorite movie was Jurassic Park, instead of Empire Strikes Back as Barry initially believed. Ralph asked the B.A.R.I. for his assignment, getting instructed to help Frost look for Ramsey Rosso.
Following the news of Gypsy's death, Cisco turned to the B.A.R.I. for advice. However, it only gave him obvious answers that Cisco should have already known. Afterwards, Cisco felt he had grown enough as a leader and, after besting his doppelgänger, Echo, he promptly erased the program.[1]
To stop Turtle II, Cisco turned the B.A.R.I. for ways to stop her; but instead used Caitlin Snow for help.
Capabilities[]
- Barry Allen's intelligence: B.A.R.I. more or less has the same knowledge and information as Barry Allen, having been modeled after him by Cisco Ramon. As a result, B.A.R.I. can conduct and deduce what choices Barry would otherwise make whilst in his place.
