B. Karlo is incarcerated in cell number 343 at Arkham Asylum. When John Deegan opened all the cell doors in the asylum, Karlo tried to escape, until the Flash (Oliver Queen) returned all the patients to their respective cells.[1]

- In the DC comics, Basil Karlo is a former criminal in Gotham City and a former adversary of Batman known as "Clayface". He now works alongside him as one of his allies.
- It is currently unknown if Basil and B. Karlo are the Arrowverse's version of Clayface.
