Judge Balderrama is a judge presiding in Star City.

Biography

Adrian Chase sought Judge Balderrama for a warrant after it was discovered that Eric Dunn was in the Papp Motel.[1] Later, after Chase was revealed to be Prometheus, Balderrama granted retrials on all of the cases that the former had prosecuted, releasing all 36 defendants on bail, including Derek Sampson.[2]
