At some point in time, Bane used Venom, which enhanced him into a "hulking terror". He eventually became an enemy of Batman, where his Venom was stored in the Batcave.
Bane's Venom was later taken by "Circe Sionis" and given to Black Mask, where he recalled Bane's use of the drug while giving it to Russell Tavaroff.[1]
