Barry Allen (died 2014) was a corrupt scientist in the Criminal and Forensic Science Division of the Central City Police Department. He was a good friend of Eddie Thawne.
Biography[]
In 2014, Barry Allen was working in his lab at the Central City Police Department alongside Detective Eddie Thawne. When the two were about to destroy evidence, the particle accelerator exploded, causing Barry and Eddie to be struck by lightning. While Eddie gained powers, Barry was killed from the impact.[1]
