Barry Allen, also known as The Flash, is a meta-human speedster and vigilante from Earth-4125. He is also the widower of the late Iris West-Allen and a member of The League.
Biography[]
Early life[]
At some point in his life, Barry Allen gained the power of superhuman speed. Later on, Barry joined The League, becoming a friend and ally to Ryan Wilder. He also met and fell in love with Iris West-Allen.[1]
Against Red Death[]
After finding out that Ryan replicated the technology from his suit to become the Red Death and eliminate crime in Gotham City, Barry noticed her thirst for power and freed his rogues from Iron Heights to help stop her. The Flash and his rogues were able to best Red Death, but in a final attempt to escape, she threw a lightning bolt at The Flash that hit and killed Iris instead. He then began to ruthlessly chase after his former friend, causing her to flee to another world.[1]
