Synopsis

Laurel must deal with the repercussions of taking Sara to Nanda Parbat. Meanwhile, Oliver asks Captain Lance for a favor and while he's not surprised at the response, he is surprised at what he finds out next.[1]

Plot

Quentin has the Green Arrow look into the death of two police officers and the team discovers they were killed by members of the Anti-Vigilante Task Force. Laurel brings Quentin to see Sara, who is chained up in the basement of Laurel's apartment. Curtis keep convincing Felicity to hearing Ray final recording.
