The Blackout Gang is a gang based in Star City.
History[]
In 2019, the Blackout Gang began testing new weapons containing chlormethine out on Los Halcones members, killing them in the process.
They later arranged a weapons buy which the S.C.P.D. caught wind of, leading to a sting operation which went wrong.[1]

- In the DC comics, the Blackout Gang are a mysterious group of thieves known for conducting their crimes in the dark with the use of infrared goggles, being based in Gotham City and enemies of Batman and Man-Bat. They were created by Frank Robbins and Neal Adams, debuting in Detective Comics #400 (June, 1970).
