"Blood Debts" is the ???th episode of Arrow. It aired on January 20, 2016[1].

"Blood Debts" is the tenth episode of the fourth season of Arrow and the seventy-ninth episode overall.[2]
Synopsis
Darhk's most recent attack leaves Felicity paralyzed in the hospital, and Oliver is seeking revenge, Oliver goes on a brutal manhunt looking for Darhk, even going as far to temporarily freeing Lonnie Machin, plans go awry though when Machin kidnaps Darhk's family, and Oliver Co. step in to save them. Oliver comes face to face with Darhk and they engage until Darhk voluntarily backs off, threatening Oliver with a little more time since he saved his family. Meanwhile, Diggle finally gets Andy to talk and attempts to reconnect to him as his brother, [3]
Production
Preparation ran from October 20 until October 30, 2015. Shooting ran from November 2 until November 10, 2015.[2]

- Felicity losing the use of her legs makes her similar to the DC Comics character Oracle.
- Damien Darhk's wife, Ruvé, is named after Neal McDonough's real wife, Ruve McDonough.
- The Mystery Funeral Oliver and Barry attend takes place 4 months from the present day but this episode reveals that it's not Felicity who will get killed as she attended the same Funeral.
- At the end of the episode, it is noted that Felicity is no longer wearing her engagement ring.
