History
After Jesse Wells broke up with Wally West, Wally decided decided to leave Central City and stay with a friend in Blue Valley to focus on himself.[1] At some point during his stay, Wally defeated an alien starfish trying to invade Blue Valley.[2]
In February 2018, Izzy Bowin was to perform in Blue Valley during her tour, but had to cancel due to the starfish situation.[3]
