Funny thing is, it was something from New Krypton that started Agent Liberty's involvement in the story in both the comic and show.

Yes I also want to see dark Kara soon
Chad Lowe is pretty awesome, both as an actor and a director.
Another surprisingly solid episode from Supergirl: ever since the Lockwood-centric episode we've been doing great, and Manchester Black was one of the big factors for it. Overall, all the actors have upped their game, though my faves remain Lena, James, Ben and Macnhester.
While that was a very similar concept to this, that was more using Kryptonite rather than Black Kryptonite. An example in live action would be the Black Kryptonite introduced in Smallville that seperated Clark into two people. It was introduced into the comics as a weapon against Supergirl and then she was split into two. Then they did the same thing on the show.
I'm talking about Superman III https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQ5sMUzf2bo
Yes, i know. I saw every Christopher Reeve Superman movie. Along with Krypton, Lois and Clark, Smallville, Supergirl, Man of Steel, and Superman Returns.
Still doesn't make the Kryptonite used in the film Black-K. Black Kryptonite has only been in two Superman based shows. Smallville, and now Supergirl.

Of course I remember hearing something about a city that only existed in DC animated form and then was brought to the comic books.
I think that was Argo, but i am not sure.
