Synopsis
Team Arrow's ongoing battle with Damien Darhk is complicated by a shocking revelation. Thea's bloodlust returns and she loses control in front of Alex.[1]

- Damien Darhk addresses Thea as Mérida. This is a reference to the Disney Princess/Pixar character Merida, who also uses a bow and arrow.
- This episode marks the last appearance of Ray Palmer on Arrow until "Invasion!".
- Arrow fight choreographer James Bamford makes his directional debut.
