"Captain Cold" is the seventeenth episode of The Flash. It aired on April 6, 1991.

Barry "The Flash" Allen is nearly frozen to death when he battles an insane criminal mercenary known as "Captain Cold."

While the Flash" was handcuffed with Terri Kronenberg, they both fell and for a moment, we can see that they are not handcuffed.
