Carole Emily Barrowman (born April 20, 1959) is a Scottish-American Professor of English and Director of Creative Studies in Writing, a reviewer and columnist for Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and a writer. With her younger brother, John Barrowman, they wrote Arrow 's third comic book tie-in series, Arrow: The Dark Archer.
