Biography[]
Dr. Hall was associated with Dr. Tina McGee. She had her "assistant" make sure he knew where she was in the event that he called.[1]
In 2018, The Monitor invaded Earth-90 and seemingly killed all of its residents. Because of that, Carter's fate remains unknown.[2]
