Central City was a city located in the United States on Earth-19. It was the base for the Collector Agency which was headquartered there.

Accelerated Man speeding away.
Cisco returned Gypsy back to the Collector Agency headquarters, before bidding farewell.[1] At the same time, Accelerated Man sped around the place.[2] During the Crisis, Central City was destroyed along with the whole universe shortly after by a wave of Antimatter.[3]
