Central City was a city located in the United States on Earth-19. It was the base for the Collector Agency which was headquartered there.

Cisco returned Gypsy back to the Collector Agency headquarters, before bidding farewell. At the same time, Accelerated Man sped around the place.[2]During the Crisis, Central City was destroyed along with the whole universe shortly after by a wave of Antimatter. [3]
