Central City was a city located in the United States of Earth-3.
History[]
At some point, Jay Garrick recieved superhuman speed and became the hero known as the "Flash", operating in Central City.
Trickster gets arrested by the CCPD.
One day, the Trickster was robbing a bank, and was confronted by the Flash, who recieved aid from another Flash. After being defeated, he stated that he was going to sue the Flash and claim his helmet before being arrested by the CCPD.[1]
Some time later, Jesse Wells took Jay Garrick's place as the Flash to protect Central City until his return.[2]
Jay had predicted of a crisis coming. Barry from Earth-1 visited him and his wife Joan Williams, whom he was introduced to. Jay helps Barry see into the future with the neural hyper-collider.[3]
As fortetold by Jay, The city along with the universe was destroyed by antimatter during the Anti-Monitor Crisis.[4] Jay and Joan have now relocated to Keystone City (Earth-Prime).
