Central City is a city located in the United States of Earth-38.
History
After he traveled from his own universe to the one in which Supergirl existed, Barry Allen discovered that he had traveled to an Earth that also had Central City.[1]
Indigo suggested to Non that after using Myriad to take control of National City, they move on to other locations such as Central City.[2]
Sometime before 2017, Samantha Arias got a job in Central City and had to move there with her daughter.[3]
