Central City College was a university located in Central City on Earth-2 prior to the universe's destruction by antimatter.

Jesse Wells was a student at Central City College, where she had five majors, one of which was biochemistry.^[1]

In March 2015, Zoom attacked the science building at the college and took Jesse hostage.^[2]

In late 2019, all of Earth-2 was vaporized by antimatter, destroying Central City College.^[3]
