Central City Ice is an ice delivery service provided by Central City.[1]
History[]
In 1990, an iceman from the Central City Ice went to Marco's Billiards to deliver ice but the bar owner refused saying that it was closed. The iceman stated that it wasn't close according to the bar's opening hours. The owner then told him that the bar is opened to whomever he wanted and the iceman pissed, threw away the ice block. He noticed a woman taking one of the ice and suck it which discussed him before he left.[1]
