Central City Park Plaza is a park located in Central City.
History
The plaza was used to hold a Flash Day rally, in commemoration of the Flash, who in the public eye had saved the city from a singularity destroying it months prior. Before mayor Anthony Bellows could give The Flash a key to the city, it was interrupted by "Atom-Smasher", who was trying to kill the Flash.[1]
