History[]

In January 2020, Channel 52 filmed the live presidential address of the U.S. president on the Anti-Monitor Crisis and the passing of Oliver Queen.[1]

Channel 52, with Bethany Snow as its reporter, had a news report that William Clayton was kidnapped from his home in Central City. Certain key words in the television broadcast activated Felicity Smoak's "Archer Protocol", causing Mia Queen and Dinah Drake to watch it in the Arrow Bunker. Later, the news showed exclusive footage of Mia retrieving William from his kidnapper, which Team Arrow watched.[2]

After the events at Heyworld, the existence of magical creatures was proven and reported on Channel 52.[3]

Reporters from different media, including Channel 52, went to McCulloch Technologies because Joseph Carver summoned them; he threatened a defamation lawsuit against The Central City Citizen and the different outlets wanted to cover the news.[4]

Channel 52 had breaking news entitled "Citizens Held Hostage"; Godspeed on camera threatened to kill people every minute if the Flash did not surrender his speed to him.[5]

A reporter from Channel 52 asked Eva McCulloch how she escaped imprisonment: she gave her husband the credit.[6]

Kristen Kramer announces on Channel 52 that there is a $100,000 reward for the arrest of Frost.[7]

During the Godspeed War, Channel 52 reported that hospitals in Central City were getting overwhelmed, CCPD advises civilians to stay indoors, and people were getting attacked seemingly at random by the Godspeed clones.[8]
