"Not a single one of our doppelgängers survived to make it to Earth-Prime, as far as I can tell, but we did manage to pick up a butt-ton of bad guys and aliens and more metas, and you know the best part? The best part is a bunch of our old villains are back, with fresh paint jobs!"
"When did you have time to do all this?"
Cisco Ramon and Frost[src]

Cisco's Who's Who? Binder is a binder created by Cisco Ramon in order to document which of Team Flash's enemies have changed after the creation of the new multiverse.

History

After the Anti-Monitor Crisis, Cisco decided to track down many of Team Flash's former enemies in order to discern what changes had occurred as a result of the multiverse's reboot. Their pictures and names were then compiled into a binder.[1]

Cisco pulled out the binder after he noticed that Carrie Bates/Rainbow Raider 2.0's method of attack was similar to that of Roy Bivolo's.[2]

Trivia

  • Null, Block, and Girder's inclusion means they were resurrected Post-Crisis.
  • On the backside of both Abra Kadabra and Brie Larvan's pictures it is stated that they are meta-humans.[3]
    • In Abra's case, it may be a mistake. If he retains the ability to do "magic" Post-Crisis he is either still using advanced nano-tech or is a true warlock like Constantine.
  • As a number of individuals, such as Rosa Dillon and Joslyn Jackam, appear in the binder multiple times, the binder may contain a seperate card for each encounter with a specific villain.
    • The separate cards could also signify doppelgängers, but this seems unlikely as there has been no mention of the problems related to neural dissonance with these individuals.

Behind the scenes

  • In the DC Comics, Who's Who is a series of comics revolving around many of their characters.
