City Center is the central neighborhood of Central City. According to Barry Allen's city map, it is a riverside neighborhood, with Petersburg to the north, Englewood to the north-east, New Brighton to the south-east, and Mounds View to the south. Many of the city's important buildings are located within the neighborhood, including City Hall, the Courthouse, and Police Department HQ.

History

Sometime before mid-2020, City Center became a well known neighborhood within Central City, such that it was labeled on maps, including one used by Barry Allen.

During the attacks on Central City by Mirror Monarch, at least one attack occurred in the neighborhood.
