City Hall is the administrative building of the United States government and is located in Star City. It is the office of the Mayor of Star City, district attorney and Chief of Staff.

History

Following a shoot-out at an unveiling of a statue for the Black Canary, Mayor Oliver Queen announced the formation of the Anti-Crime Unit.^[1]
