City Hall is the administrative building of the United States government, it is located in Star City. It is the office of Oliver Queen, currently the mayor of Star City, and also houses the District attorney's office.

History

Following a shootout at an unveiling of a statue for the Black Canary, mayor Oliver Queen announced the formation of the Anti-Crime Unit.
