Clay Parker is a criminal from Central City, and a former inmate of Iron Heights Prison. He is also a former boyfriend of Shawna Baez, and used to be one of Marcus Stockheimer's men until he lost the latter's money.
Biography
Clay was eventually locked up in Iron Heights Prison.
Prior to being a inmate he worked for Marcus Stockheimer. Sometime later Shawna Baez broke him out.
When Barry Allen caused a short circuit in the underground way and Shawna cannot use her powers, Clay abandoned her and exited alone.
