Template:Actor Colin Donnell (born October 9, 1982) is an American actor. He portrayed Tommy Merlyn as a series regular during season one of Arrow, sporadically reprising his role in several subsequent seasons. He also portrayed Tommy's Earth-X and Earth-2 counterparts.
