Colin Donnell

Template:Actor Colin Donnell (born October 9, 1982) is an American actor. He portrayed Tommy Merlyn as a series regular during the first season of Arrow, and in a guest starring role in the second and third seasons. He also appeared in archive footage in the fourth and fifth seasons of Arrow.

He returned to play the Earth-X equivalent Tommy Merlyn/Prometheus in a guest starring role in the sixth season of Arrow.
