Colton is a former member of The Hoods. His sister died in the Glades Earthquake. He, along with the rest of the Hoods, were taken down by The Arrow and placed in prison.
Biography
After the Undertaking, Colton and the other members of the Hoods copied Oliver's tactics, scaring one percenters to stop them from taking advantage of people, but they were much more violent. They eventually killed the current mayor, which was a ploy for Sebastian Blood to run for the now vacant mayor spot.[1]
Equipment
- The Hoods suit: Colton wore a protective suit, used by the members of The Hoods, to hide his identity from his victims. It is currently unknown what materials it was made out of.
