The Council of Harrisons is a group that was brought together by Harry Wells and Cisco Ramon when attempting to discover why Clifford DeVoe was trying to erase the intelligence of all humanity on Earth of Earth-1.
Overview
History
After being kicked out of the Council of Wells due to his dwindling intelligence, Cisco Ramon introduced Harry Wells to a new council, based more around emotions rather than intelligence. They introduced themselves to Harry, and while initially he refused to speak, Harry eventually opened up and told them about his predicament, with the others offering to help find a solution. Ultimately, in order to approach Harry's intelligence, they determined that they had to approach Clifford DeVoe differently, focusing on his heart rather than his mind.[1]
