Courtney "Court" Whitmore[1], also known as Stargirl, is a vigilante operating in Blue Valley on Earth-2. She is the daughter of Barbara Whitmore, the step-daughter of Pat Dugan, and the stepsister of Mike Dugan. She is also a member of the Justice Society of America.

Early life[]
After the multiverse was recreated, Stargirl was seen to be part of a group of vigilantes called the Justice Society of America, standing alongside Dr. Mid-Nite, Hourman, Wildcat, and her stepfather Pat Dugan/S.T.R.I.P.E..[2] At some point, Stargirl battled the villains Shiv and Eclipso.[1]

Powers[]
- Powers via Cosmic Staff: When wielding the Cosmic Staff, Courtney is granted with special powers, including the ability to fly while gripping the staff.[1]
- Energy projection: Courtney can create and manipulate stellar energy generated by her Staff to use against her opponents.[1]
- Flight: Courtney can fly when using her staff by gripping it and using her body to steer. She either uses one arm to hold the staff, or has been known to sit on it while flying.[1]

- Stargirl suit: Stargirl wears a protective suit for when she is operating as a vigilante. It bears some resemblance to the Stargirl suit worn by Courtney on Earth-1.
- Cosmic Staff: Stargirl's main weapon is a cosmic staff.

- In the comics, Courtney Whitmore aka Stargirl, was a member of the Justice League, the Justice Society of America, and the wielder of the Cosmic Staff, her name a tribute to its original owner, Starman.
