Trivia

  • The name of this episode comes from the translated title to the French novel Les Liaisons Dangereuses.
  • When Team Arrow and the police enter the arcade of video game automats, one of them is a light gun shooter game called Maximum Force from 1997.
  • This is the only episode of Arrow to not reference a bow and arrow at all.
    • This is also one of the few episodes to not feature a flashback storyline in any form.
  • This episode introduces Cayden James (unseen), who will play a major role in Season 6.
  • John tells Lyla that Felicity has "gone over to the dark side". This is a reference to Star Wars.
