Synopsis
Oliver, Team Arrow, A.R.G.U.S and the SCPD kick off a citywide manhunt for Adrian Chase. Helix tells Felicity they have a way to find Chase but they will need something big, and illegal, from her in return.[1] Meanwhile, Rene decides to fight for custody of his daughter, Zoe, with the advice of Quentin.

Production
Preparation ran from February 10 until February 21, 2017, with a break on February 13 for Family Day. Shooting ran from February 22 until March 3, 2017.[2]

- The name of this episode comes from the translated title to the French novel Les Liaisons dangereuses.
- Lyla claims that Cayden James is worse than Snowden.
- Felicity learns that she was used by Helix to get their boss out and is kicked out of Helix.
- This is the only episode of Arrow to not reference a bow and arrow at all.
