Judge Davis Wellington is a judge residing in Gotham City.

Biography

Early life

Wellington worked as a judge in Gotham City for years, becoming known for his sympathy for the Crows after working with them, few months after their foundation in 2004.

After Raymond Calverick was barred due to his crimes, Wellington was charged with reopening all of his cases, including that of Reggie Harris.[1]

After a request from Jacob Kane and Bobby Reeves he accepted to open again the case of Lucius Fox's high profile murder and, after examining it at a post-conviction hearing, he determined that it has the bases for a new trial, thus setting Reggie free until that date.[2]

Abilities
