The DeVoe house is the home of the Clifford and Marlize DeVoe.
History
Clifford and Marlize DeVoe lived in the house for an unknown period of time, but before January 2014. They built an underground chamber where Clifford could spy on the subjects of his experiment and Team Flash. Barry Allen and Joe West visited the house to question Clifford, only to discover he was in a wheelchair. Barry continuously visited the house, even breaking in, to the point of Marlize signing a restraining order. Joe and Ralph Dibny later visited the house after Marlize framed Barry for murdering Clifford, where Joe planned to plant evidence against Marlize. Ralph talked him out of it.
