Trivia
- Cisco mentions that by the events of the episode, all doppelgängers from the old multiverse who ended up on Earth-Prime are supposed to be dead because of cellular degeneration. This was previously shown in the Batwoman episode "Take Your Choice" with Beth Kane of Earth-Prime and Beth Kane of Earth-TUD14.
- The episode shares its title with an arc from the DC Rebirth Flash comics.
- This episode was originally scheduled for March 3, 2020, but was later confirmed to air on March 10th, 2020. This could be due to the Super Tuesday elections. Instead, a rerun of "Love Is A Battlefield" aired on March 3.
- In the episode, clips of previous episodes are shown. Oliver Queen/Spectre, Supergirl, J'onn J'onzz, Kate Kane/Batwoman, Lex Luthor and John Diggle appear via archival footage as a result of these episodes:
- This is Wally West's first appearance since "What's Past is Prologue" and his first appearance in the present since "Nora".
- This is also Wally's only appearance in Season 6.
- When Eobard Thawne tells Cisco that he doesn’t need powers to kill him, it’s almost identical to when he said the same thing to Ray Palmer during their fight on the moon in the DC's Legends of Tomorrow episode, "Moonshot".
- The building Wally and Barry phased through when running to CCPD is identical to the one Wally could not phase through in "Untouchable".
