Derek Holcomb (died 2019) was an employee at Pyra Electrics.
Biography[]
At some point in his life Derek Holcomb started to work at Pyra Electrics and was assigned to a joint project with Hamilton Dynamics to develop a weapon that can penetrate the Batsuit.[1]
In 2019, after Alice stole the weapon, she hired the Rifle to kill him in order to prevent anyone to replicate it; however, after the hitman failed two times, she had Holcomb assaulted and brutally murdered by Mouse.[1]
